The Eastern & Oriental Express, operated by Luxury Train Club (a Belmond property), is a 4-day, 3-night sleeper train departing Singapore Woodlands Station on round-trip journeys through Malaysia. The train loops through Taman Negara National Park, Langkawi, Penang, and Johor before returning to Singapore on Day 4. Guests sleep and dine entirely on board in one of three cabin types: the Pullman, State, or Presidential Suite, each with en-suite facilities and air conditioning. Meals are served in two restaurant cars curated by two-Michelin-starred Chef Andre Chiang. On Day 2, passengers disembark for a tiger conservation excursion in Taman Negara National Park with Save Wild Tigers. Day 3 offers a choice of a guided tour of Georgetown's historic Old Quarter, a hands-on Peranakan cooking class, or independent tri-shaw exploration in Penang before rejoining the train. The train features an open-air Observation Car with teak decking, a Dior Spa, and two bar cars. This journey suits luxury seekers, couples, food enthusiasts, and repeat rail travellers.
