Free morning to explore Sydney's cafés, harbor and beaches, then an afternoon Small-group Panoramic Sydney City Tour visiting The Rocks, the CBD, Macquarie Street, Mrs. Macquarie's Point, the Eastern Suburbs, Kings Cross, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Watsons Bay, Bondi Beach, Tamarama and Bronte.

The Indian Pacific
Transfer from the hotel to board the Indian Pacific for a three-night journey across Australia; settle in and enjoy a regionally-inspired dinner paired with fine wines as the train passes through the Blue Mountains.

Broken Hill & Barossa Valley
Arrive in Broken Hill, 'the silver city', to discover its mining history; lunch is served on board as the train enters the Flinders Ranges and arrives in Adelaide, where you can tour the city, visit the Barossa Valley or McLaren Vale wine regions, or visit Hahndorf, before returning to the train.

The Nullarbor Plains
Wake to views of the Nullarbor Plain along the world's longest stretch of straight railway track; weather permitting, dinner is served under the desert's starry skies at remote Rawlinna.

The Avon Valley & Perth
Breakfast on board as the train weaves through the Avon Valley toward Perth; lunch on board before arrival, then transfer to a four-star or five-star hotel with the rest of the day free.

Perth & Rottnest Island
Free time to explore Perth's arts and culture scene, museums and galleries.

Ferry from Barrack Street Jetty to Rottnest Island for a 90-minute tour of its heritage and wildlife, with the afternoon free to explore the island before the ferry back to Perth.
