Unwind at your hotel or opt for a morning excursion to the historic Cu Chi Tunnels by private speedboat along the Saigon River, with lunch en route. Visit Hoa Lu, the 10th and 11th-century capital of Vietnam, amidst limestone karsts and temple ruins.
