    Niagara Falls - Toronto

    A city tour of Toronto this morning, then we experience one of nature's greatest spectacles - Niagara Falls.

  3. Day 3railovernight: 'The Canadian' train

    We board VIA Rail's flagship trans-Canada train, 'The Canadian', for our journey west.

    Our journey continues through Ontario towards Manitoba. A full day to relax and take advantage of VIA Rail's service.

  5. Day 5overnight: 'The Canadian' train

    'The Canadian' (Winnipeg - Edmonton)

    A scheduled stop in Winnipeg this morning (we don't leave the station), then on through Manitoba's prairies and into Saskatchewan, crossing into Alberta with a brief evening stop in Edmonton.

  6. Day 6overnight: Lobstick Lodge, Jasper (3-star)

    'The Canadian' - Jasper

    We complete our journey through Jasper National Park to the town of Jasper, with time to explore this easy-going alpine town.

  7. Day 7overnight: Lobstick Lodge, Jasper (3-star)

    Jasper

    A coach tour of Jasper National Park, with a visit to Maligne Lake, Maligne Canyon and the shores of Medicine Lake. The rest of the day is free.

  8. Day 8overnight: Banff Caribou Lodge (3.5-star)

    Jasper - Columbia Icefield - Banff

    The Icefield Parkway from Jasper National Park to Banff National Park, with an included Ice Explorer ride onto the surface of the Athabasca Glacier at the Columbia Icefield (subject to weather).

  9. Day 9overnight: Banff Caribou Lodge (3.5-star)

    Banff - Lake Louise

    A tour of the surrounds of Banff and the lake areas, including Moraine Lake and Lake Louise, with the option of a gondola to the mountaintop or a visit to the Chateau.

  10. Day 10overnight: Hotel in Kamloops

    Rocky Mountaineer (Banff - Kamloops)

    An early start to board Rocky Mountaineer through the Rocky Mountains, taking in the Continental Divide, the Spiral Tunnels, Kicking Horse Canyon and Rogers Pass, arriving in Kamloops in the early evening.

  11. Day 11overnight: Pinnacle Vancouver Harbourfront (4-star)

    Rocky Mountaineer (Kamloops - Vancouver)

    We continue west on the Rocky Mountaineer through the desert-like interior, winding river canyons, the Coast and Cascade Mountains, the Thompson River and Hell's Gate in the Fraser Canyon, arriving in Vancouver.

  12. Day 12overnight: Pinnacle Vancouver Harbourfront (4-star)

    Vancouver

    Free to explore Vancouver, or join the optional excursion to Vancouver Island.

  13. Day 13overnight: In flight

    Vancouver - In flight

    A morning city tour of Vancouver with a stop at Granville Island for free time, then transfer to the airport for your overnight return flight to the UK.

    UK

    Upon arrival, your vehicle will be waiting for the journey home.
