  2. Day 2overnight: Salzburg

    Explore the city with its baroque beauty, musical world heritage, and alpine nature. Stroll through the winding alleys of the old town. Visit Mozart's birthplace. Climb up to the Hohensalzburg Fortress for a spectacular view of the city.

  3. Day 3overnight: Linz

    Salzburg - Linz

    After breakfast, start the day with a walk to the Mirabell Gardens. Continue on towards Linz, travelling comfortably through picturesque landscapes, past lakes, hills, and charming towns. Accommodation in Linz for 2 nights.

  4. Day 4overnight: Linz

    After breakfast, stroll through the city and take a break at the main square. Continue through the charming alleys of the historic center towards the Danube embankment and Danube Park. If time permits, visit the Lentos Art Museum on the banks of the Danube.

  5. Day 5overnight: Vienna

    Breakfast in Linz. Travel through the Danube Valley past St. Pölten to Vienna in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Accommodation in Vienna for 3 nights.

  6. Day 6overnight: Vienna

    Experience the imperial elegance of the Hofburg Palace. Stroll through the old town in the 1st district to St. Stephen's Cathedral. Short shopping trip through Kärtnerstrasse. In the evening, visit the opera or theater, or enjoy a schnitzel at Figlmüller.

  7. Day 7overnight: Vienna

    Vienna

    Start your day with a visit to Schönbrunn Palace, with over 40 magnificent rooms on a guided tour and 160 hectares of palace grounds. Also worth a visit is Belvedere Palace. Dinner at the Naschmarkt.

  8. Day 8

    Vienna - Switzerland

    Travel directly back to Zurich in 8 hours by Railjet.
