The Golden Ticket

29-day Eurail Pass grand tour from London through 12 European capitals

The Golden Ticket is a 29-day self-guided rail journey across nine European countries, operated by Eurailing Packages. Starting at London St Pancras, the trip uses a Eurail Pass to travel by train through twelve cities: Paris, Nice, Florence, Rome, Venice, Ljubljana, Budapest, Prague, Berlin, Amsterdam, and ending in Brussels. Each night you stay in a hostel dorm (private rooms and hotels available for extra cost), and all rail travel, Eurostar crossing, and seat reservations are covered by the price from USD 3,115. The pace is fast, with most days moving between cities. You explore independently, supported 24/7 by the Eurailing Packages app and phone line, which offers offline guides, digital check-in, and itinerary access. This suits first-time rail travelers who want an affordable, structured route without a tour manager, as well as solo travelers and budget-conscious explorers who prefer to plan their own activities and dining at each stop.
