Board the Indian Pacific in Sydney
Make your way to Sydney Central Station to begin your journey on board the Indian Pacific, departing mid-afternoon and heading west through the Blue Mountains. Enjoy a regionally inspired dinner paired with fine wine and beverages.

Indian Pacific, Broken Hill and Adelaide
Off Train Experience in Broken Hill exploring the outback town's mining legacy or joining a tour with Broken Hill's famous Drag Queen, Shelita Buffet. Breakfast and lunch on board past the Flinders Ranges, arriving in Adelaide in the late afternoon for a choice of curated dining experiences (McLaren Vale wine tasting at Star of Greece, Adelaide Hills cheese/gin tasting at Haus, Icons of Adelaide tour, or Adelaide Central Market tour and dinner) before rejoining the train.

Cross the ancient Nullarbor Plain on the longest stretch of straight railway track in the world, calling in at the almost-ghost town of Cook, then stopping at Rawlinna on the fringe of Australia's largest sheep station for a signature dinner under the stars (seasonal).
