Illustration of South East Asia Group Tour

Euroventure operates this 31-day small-group adventure tour through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia, starting in Bangkok and concluding in Siem Reap. Groups are kept to a maximum of 22 travellers and led by a mix of Western and local guides who balance structured daily activities with free time to explore at your own pace. The journey opens with an overnight sleeper train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, passing through mountains and setting the tone for adventure; from there, you move by bus, ferry and boat through Luang Prabang's temples, Ha Long Bay's limestone islands, national parks filled with karst caves and rivers, coastal stops and the temples of Angkor. Days involve city walking tours, waterfall swims, elephant sanctuary visits, jungle trekking and kayaking, interspersed with pool time and local markets. Accommodation is in dorm rooms; over 20 meals are pre-selected, with flexibility for exploring local food beyond those. This tour suits first-time rail travellers, budget-conscious explorers and solo travellers drawn to guided group dynamics. The itinerary spans 31 days across four countries, moving steadily southeast without backtracking.
