    Travel to Amsterdam by Eurostar, where you connect with a Nightjet sleeper service and travel overnight to Prague, arriving the following morning. A night in Amsterdam can be added to break the journey if preferred.

    Overnight to Prague

    Arrive in Prague the following morning and check in for a 3-night stay at the Boutique Constans Hotel (or similar).

    Two full days exploring Prague, including a walk up to the Castle, the eclectic Kafka Museum, a café alongside the Vltava River by the Charles Bridge, the Old Town with its medieval architecture and astronomical clock, the New Town's Charles Square (the largest medieval square in Europe), and the historic Jewish Quarter, home to the oldest extant synagogue in Europe.

    Spend another morning exploring Prague, then return to Hlavni station for the return service into Germany, passing through the wooded hills of Bohemia and Bavaria before disembarking at Nuremberg for an overnight stop at the NH Collection Nuremberg City (or similar). An evening free to discover Nuremberg's old town.

  6. Day 6rail

    Nuremberg to London

    Depart Nuremberg on a German ICE train, connecting in Frankfurt and Brussels to reach the Eurostar terminal, then Eurostar back to the UK at speeds of up to 186mph.
