  1. Day 1overnight: Stockholm

    Stockholm (2 nights)

    Wander the cobbled streets of the old town, admire the colourful skyline from a boat tour, and visit the ABBA museum.

  2. Day 3railovernight: Abisko

    Stockholm to Abisko (2 nights)

    Night train to Abisko (about 17 hours). Take a cable car up the mountain to see the Northern Lights and admire pristine national park scenery.

  3. Day 5railovernight: Kiruna

    Abisko to Kiruna (2 nights)

    Train to Kiruna (about 2 hours). Gateway to the Arctic Circle; optional upgrade to a warm or 'cold' room at the famous IceHotel, plus a trip to meet Lapland reindeer.

  4. Day 7rail

    Depart from Kiruna

    Trip concludes in Kiruna; the quickest way home is a flight from Stockholm (via Kiruna), or take the train to Stockholm via Amsterdam and Copenhagen.
