Arrival in Espinosa de Los Monteros
Bus excursion to the town of Frias and the Cascades of Tobera, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.

Bus excursion along the Camino de Santiago to Carrion de los Condes and Fromista, a visit to the Canal de Castilla and the Roman Villa of La Olmeda, then the train continues to Cistierna.
