Illustration of Best of Southern Spain Classic Group Tour | 1 Week

Euroventure's nine-day classic group tour explores Southern Spain by rail, departing Málaga and finishing in Madrid. The journey traces four centuries of Spanish history across five cities: from the Islamic architecture of Granada's Alhambra Palace, through the flamenco heartland and Moorish heritage of Seville, to the medieval ramparts of Cáceres and the grand museums and palaces of Madrid. Days follow a pattern of morning train travel between cities, afternoon arrival and hotel check-in, then a mix of guided and free time. An experienced Tour Leader accompanies the group throughout; most guided activities such as cathedral tours, cooking classes, and museum visits are optional, allowing flexibility alongside structured exploration. The group is capped at 14 travellers, staying in four-star boutique hotels in city centres. All train travel and eight hotel breakfasts are included; you arrange other meals independently, except for a welcome wine and tapas introduction in Málaga.
