Euroventure's Alps and Lakes Classic Group Tour is a 9-day escorted rail journey across Austria, Italy and Switzerland for groups of up to 14 people. Beginning in Innsbruck, the tour travels by train south through the Brenner Pass to Lake Garda, continues to Lake Como, and finishes in Interlaken. On Day 1, guests gather for a Tyrolean folk show and welcome dinner with traditional music and yodelling. The following days mix guided travel with free time: Day 3 is a four-hour train ride across the Alpine pass; Days 4 and 6 offer full days to explore by foot, boat or cable car with optional activities; Day 7 brings a scenic train crossing into Switzerland; and Day 8 includes an optional excursion to Jungfraujoch at over 3,400 metres.
