Day by day
- Day 1overnight: 3 nights Great Southern
Board the Great Southern in Brisbane
Warm welcome at Hanworth House, East Brisbane, before departure. Lunch on board, then arrival in Coffs Harbour for drinks and canapes on the sand at Charlesworth Bay followed by an outdoor dinner with fresh seafood and local wines, live band included.
- Day 2railovernight: 3 nights Great Southern
Great Southern, Hunter Valley, Port Stephens or Newcastle
Breakfast on board, then a choice of Off Train Experiences: Hunter Valley wine touring (with optional helicopter flight upgrade), Port Stephens by 4WD or boat cruise, or a guided Newcastle walking tour.
- Day 3overnight: 3 nights Great Southern
Great Southern, Regional Victoria or Melbourne
Breakfast on board through Victoria's high country, then a choice of a long lunch and wine tasting at Clyde Park, or a day in Melbourne (NGV Australia, MCG tour, Old Melbourne Gaol, Melbourne Skydeck) with lunch at Eureka 89.
- Day 4overnight: 2 nights Sequoia Lodge – Mount Lofty
Great Southern, Adelaide and Adelaide Hills
Breakfast on board through regional South Australia, then arrival in Adelaide and transfer to Sequoia Lodge at Mount Lofty in the Adelaide Hills, a private open-plan suite overlooking the Piccadilly Valley. Sunset welcome event with local wine, then a degustation dinner at Hardy's Verandah Restaurant.

Adelaide Hills
Curated onsite experiences at Sequoia including dreamtime stories, artisan producer visits, or a guided Mount Lofty Botanic Garden tour. Sequoia Lodge only accommodates guests aged 18 and over.
- Day 6
Farewell
Breakfast, then farewell the luxury retreat.
